SHIPMENT, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All items purchased from Goodjoboo are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
The use of Goodjoboo site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for use by themselves or as gifts.
Goodjoboo offers worldwide shipping. The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country or state.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address.Goodjoboo has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Goodjoboo's original delivery estimates.
Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on your items. If you would like to cancel or change your purchase, it is free within 24 hours. Please note that on all canceled or changed orders(after 24 hours) of items there is a 30% restocking fee.

Return Service Procedure
To request a return, please contact our customer service. One of our reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at email@example.com. If it is a quality issue, please provide an order# and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue.
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
